Custyle ( "Custyle,""we,""us,""our" ) is an AI-powered platform that enables creators to design, personalise, and sell on-demand merchandise—starting with T-shirts—world-wide.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you:

• visit or interact with custyle.ai , our mobile apps, or our official Discord server;
• create, upload, or purchase designs and products;
• connect Custyle to third-party services (e.g., print-on-demand fulfilment or payment processors).

It applies to all users, including those in the UK, EEA, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Regional disclosures appear in Section 10 .

1. Service Delivery – authenticate accounts, generate previews, process payments, fulfil and ship products.

2. AI Processing – power image generation, recommend styles, and— only if you opt-in —improve our models with anonymised training data.

3. Analytics & Product Improvement – monitor performance, debug issues, run A/B tests, and enhance recommendation algorithms.

4. Marketing & Community – send product updates, promotional emails, and Discord notifications (you can opt out at any time).

5. Legal, Security & Fraud Prevention – verify identity, resolve disputes, comply with tax/trade rules, and prevent malicious activity.

Your data may be processed in the UK, EEA, United States, and Singapore. Where required, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or the UK-US & EU-US Data Privacy Framework to safeguard transfers.

• Account data – retained while your account is active, then up to 24 months for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes.

• Opt-in design assets – anonymised copies kept indefinitely to maintain model integrity.

We employ TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, regular penetration testing, and vendor due-diligence reviews. No system is 100% secure—please use strong, unique passwords and enable any additional security options we offer.

Custyle uses:

• Essential cookies – login, basket, fraud detection.
• Analytics cookies – traffic stats, product usage.
• Advertising cookies – conversion tracking, retargeting.

Manage preferences via our cookie banner or your browser. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

We algorithmically rank designs for discovery and automatically flag potential IP or content-policy violations. You may request a human review of any automated decision that significantly affects you.

Custyle is not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their data. Contact support@custyle.ai if you believe a child has provided information.

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
