Terms of Service

"Custyle," "we," "our," or "us" – Custyle Ltd. and its affiliates operating the AI‑powered personalised design‑to‑product ("POD") platform.

"Service" – All websites, mobile apps, APIs, AI models, and related offerings provided by Custyle.

"User Content" – Anything you upload, submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Service (text, images, designs, code, etc.).

"AI‑Generated Content" – Output produced by Custyle's AI models in response to your prompts or inputs.

"Fulfilment Partner" – Third‑party provider (e.g., Printful) that prints, packs, and ships physical products ordered via Custyle.

"You" or "User" – Anyone who visits, registers for, or uses the Service.

1. By clicking "Sign Up," "Create," or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy .

2. We may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.

3. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

1. Custyle offers AI‑assisted design generation, template management, personalised product creation, ordering, and community features.

2. Physical production and delivery are performed by Fulfilment Partners. Custyle does not manufacture or ship products itself.

3. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Custyle employs automated and human review. We may remove or refuse any content or order that violates these Terms or poses legal risk. Rights holders may submit DMCA or comparable notices to ip@custyle.ai .

All software, algorithms, models, trademarks, logos, and UI elements of Custyle are owned by Custyle or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

1. Custyle offers free and paid plans (e.g., Pro, Enterprise) and a credit‑based usage model. Plan features and pricing are shown at checkout and may be updated prospectively.

2. Fees are charged in USD (or selected currency) via Stripe or other processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable. If Custyle materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 30 days, you may request a pro‑rata refund of prepaid fees.

1. Colour, sizing, and placement may vary slightly due to display settings and print methods.

2. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.

3. For manufacturing defects (damage, misprint), contact support@custyle.ai within 14 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

4. Personalised products generally cannot be returned for non‑quality reasons; exceptions follow the Fulfilment Partner's policies.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which complies with GDPR and other applicable laws.

1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation or that content will always be accurate or lawful.

2. AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors or bias. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content.

3. Custyle is not liable for acts or omissions of Fulfilment Partners, carriers, or payment providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custyle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Custyle's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Custyle in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Custyle, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party right.

1. You may delete your account at any time in settings.

2. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for serious or repeated violations.

3. Sections relating to licences, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales . Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer‑protection rules provide otherwise.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be interpreted to fulfil its original intent to the maximum extent permitted.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any supplemental policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Custyle and supersede any prior agreements.
